The International Aflatoun Organization, headquartered in the Netherlands, partnered with Unlimited Friends Association for Social and Development to successfully host a workshop under the banner of “Integrating Aflatoun’s Financial and Social Education Initiatives for Palestinian Youth.”

This event had the privilege of being graced by the presence of Dr. Maznah Abu Miri, the esteemed Director of the Middle East and North Africa division within the organization.

The workshop aimed to enhance the awareness of stakeholders regarding the integration of Aflatoun’s financial and social education programs. These programs aid in preparing individuals to effectively and constructively engage in social and professional life. Additionally, the workshop aimed to support youth in making informed decisions about their financial resources, promoting their community involvement, and equipping them with 21st-century skills such as employability, leadership, and business management.

The workshop was attended by representatives from Palestinian universities, academic and career counselling service centres for university students, governmental institutions, as well as local and international civil society organisations working in the field of youth empowerment and development.
