Orphan empowerment program (Dream of tomorrow)
The orphan program focuses on providing the basic needs of sponsored orphan children, whether health care, legal, financial, or psychological, through several activities implemented with sponsored children. The total number of orphans sponsored by Friends Without Borders is 2529 orphan children from different funders:
- Improving the economic and social level of orphans and their families through several projects implemented with orphans.
- Psychological support and family counseling sessions
- Distribution of food parcels to families of orphans who are sponsored
- Holding health awareness workshops for orphans and their families to protect against diseases and infection.
- Awareness workshops for widows entitled How to dispose of children’s guarantees.
- Completely renovating homes for some orphans, according to identifying needs with them.
