Capacity building program (Excellence)
A continuous program for the continuity of the existence of the institution, and this is what the institution has proven through its participation in several development projects, the most important of which are:
- The FOURAM SID project funded by Peace Relief to develop the institution’s human and administrative capabilities, manuals and strategic plans
- Periodic participation of a number of employees and volunteers, as needed, in courses to hone and build skills, such as writing projects and fundraising in cooperation with UNRWA.
- Winning the Gaza Cooperation Award 2019 for the category of community institutions for the social safety net project and investing the award to develop and improve some logistical and administrative matters for the institution
- Signing several new partnerships with major funders.
- Extension of projects and expansion of the project circle in the institution to match the volume of financing and the newly created financiers.
